Monocled Cobras Hatched!

Our 2014 clutch of monocled cobras, Naja kaouthia, began to hatch last week, and we got 28 healthy babies from 30 eggs. There is a huge variation of colours within the clutch - we'll get pictures up on our breeding gallery soon. In the meantime, enjoy this picture of an amel Suphan hooding up straight from the egg!
